It is that time again! Summer is in full swing and our hair tends to take a beating with the hot summer heat and chlorine. Today I wanted to share a few products that keep my hair nice and healthy and revamp it when it needs a little TLC.
With all of the products that are on the market these days, I have rounded up the top winners that out perform all of the others. Coming in first is the Coconut Uniq One by Revlon. Sold exclusively at salons, and if you are lucky you may be able to find it on Amazon.
Super affordable and an All in One product, what more could a person ask for?! I have used this product on clients ever since I started doing hair and have watched countless people fall in love with Uniq One. If you don’t fancy the coconut scent it also comes in their standard red packaging that I believe is unscented (at least not coconut scented). The product tames frizz, works as a leave in conditioner, and so much more. I could give it hype all day but until you try it for yourself you will not truly understand how wonderful it is! It never leaves the hair weighed down, but instead leaves you with perfectly conditioned and tamed mane!

Next up I use the Moroccan Oil dry shampoo in the blonde tone for days where I do not really feel like washing my hair, or any day that I need a little extra “grit” to my hair if it is super clean. This product has the traditional MO scent and works wonders.

I also started using the MO smoothing lotion. One pump of this through the ends of my hair and it stays smooth all day long! I absolutely love this stuff! If you have frizzy hair or want a little extra control use a little of this through your ends!

One of my all time favorite oils to use in my hair is the Marrakesh Oil (light). It makes my hair so silky and soft! I am so in love with the way this product smells! Its wonderful and all around makes the hair shiny, soft, and manageable. It never leaves my hair greasy or gross feeling! I use one or two pumps on damp hair then blowdry.

Lastly, I want to talk about my current shampoo and conditioner. I have started using the Pureology Strength Cure line and I forgot how much I love the way this makes my hair so strong and soft. The shampoo and conditioner are a match made in heaven. Your hair is cured from any micro scarring or damage that has been previously done. It works from the inside out to rebuild the hair and I can say my hair is stronger after using this!
